Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are available only in the following circumstances:

  • Defective item (manufacturing defect)

  • Wrong item shipped

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details for us to investigate and approve an exchange. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping times and costs are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Once an order leaves our facility, the delivery process is managed by the shipping carrier.
