Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped only after payment has been confirmed. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or changed

We use reliable carriers to deliver your orders. Estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping 2–5 business days (domestic)

Please note that these are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.



Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

Shipping Damage

Moechi is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.



Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
